Director, Solutions Delivery

The Opportunity: 

The Director, Solutions Delivery is responsible for leading the execution and delivery of client solutions within a dedicated Solutions team. This role owns the successful implementation of approved solution designs by translating business requirements and solution strategies into executable delivery plans and ensuring successful deployment through Hypercare and transition to steady-state support.

The Director, Solutions Delivery partners closely with the Solutions Leader, Business Systems Analysts, Configuration teams, Data and Integration teams, Customer Success, Testing teams and Product teams to ensure solutions are delivered efficiently, consistently, and according to established standards.

This role serves as the operational leader within the pod, responsible for managing implementation execution, delivery teams, project governance, risk mitigation, and achievement of delivery objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong implementation experience, operational leadership, and project execution capabilities with the ability to lead teams and manage complex client implementations.

Day to day you will:

• Own execution of all implementation activities within assigned client programs from approved design through Hypercare completion.
• Translate approved solution designs and business requirements into executable delivery plans.
• Ensure implementation activities align with project scope, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Drive successful delivery across multiple concurrent implementations.
• Own implementation delivery metrics including:

• • On-time delivery performance 
  • Milestone completion 
  • Testing completion and defect resolution
  • Go-live readiness
  • Hypercare success metrics
  • Delivery quality measures
  • Resource utilization targets
•  Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery resources including:

• • Implementation Directors 
  • Implementation Coordinators
  • Configuration resources
  • Technical resources
  • Data and Integration teams
  • Testing resources
•  Ensure delivery activities follow established implementation methodologies and standards. 
• Lead go-live readiness activities including: 
  • Testing completion 
  • Data validation
  • Cutover planning
  • Support preparation
  • Stakeholder readiness
• Own post-production stabilization activities. 
• Coordinate issue triage and escalation processes. 
• Drive issue resolution and transition into steady-state support.

It would be amazing if you have:

• 7 or more years of experience implementing SaaS, VMS, HCM, ERP, or enterprise technology solutions.
• 4 or more years leading implementation teams or delivery initiatives.
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise implementations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with contingent workforce technologies, VMS, MSP, or workforce management solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce-based platforms.
• Experience supporting global implementations.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
