• Improve onboarding processes for contractors and team members through clear documentation, standards, action tracking, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain organized meeting notes, action logs, and decision documentation to reduce operational friction and improve accountability.

• Assist with operational and budget tracking activities, including time tracking hygiene and reporting accuracy.
• Optimize analytics reporting processes and support adoption of tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SiteImprove, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistency in workflows, standards, and delivery expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Strong ability to track metrics, analyze trends, and operationalize reporting workflows.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within tooling ecosystems such as GitHub, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), analytics platforms, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with design systems, development workflows, and digital accessibility standards.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills, including maintaining trackers, workflows, and operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Design Operations (DesignOps) or Developer Experience (DevEx) initiatives.
• Experience improving retrospective or agile operational practices across multiple squads.
• Familiarity with vendor management, procurement processes, and RFP development.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SiteImprove, or similar reporting tools.
• Background in UX design or UX research.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and ADA compliance for digital products.
• Experience working in complex digital environments balancing legacy systems and modernization efforts.
