UX Designer – Senior
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a UX Designer – Senior for a 9-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

UX Designer – Senior - Job Description:
The project involves designing and enhancing user interactions with digital, user-centric products and services. The role focuses on developing and executing strategies that lead to positive user feedback and measurable enhancements. The candidate will lead the design of complex digital services from concept to production, maintaining high user experience standards.

UX Designer – Senior - Responsibilities:
• Create effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Design the overall functionality of the product to ensure a great user experience, iterating upon it in accordance with user-testing.
• Design user interfaces for various projects such as digital displays, publications, media, and other creative materials as required.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the designs.
• Conceive and conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

UX Designer – Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Design experience and expertise in developing and executing strategies that improve user interactions with digital products and services.
• Ability to lead the design of complex digital services and maintain high user experience standards.
• Experience with Figma and XD Studio.
• Ability to communicate designs clearly and provide advice to stakeholders.
• Experience coding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an asset.

UX Designer – Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with web analytics and performance metrics.
• Experience with user research methods and incorporating them into the digital product lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with technical and business experts.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading design discussions.
• Experience working in agile product teams.

UX Designer – Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 9-month contract position.

UX Designer – Senior - Start Date:
ASAP.

UX Designer – Senior - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is onsite.
