eFX Application Support Analyst:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for an eFX Application Support Analyst for an approved role through January 10, 2027, with an option to renew. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

eFX Application Support Analyst - Job Description:
As an eFX Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the production environment for critical applications, ensuring smooth operations to service our clients effectively. You will collaborate with global business partners, Application Technology Development, Infrastructure teams, and Business Product Owners to drive stability and service improvements.

eFX Application Support Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Manage, maintain, and support applications and their operating environments, providing technical and business support for users.
• Perform start of day checks, continuous monitoring, regional handovers, and same day risk reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation for support team members and wider technology teams.
• Partner with application development and production support areas to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements.
• Assess risk and impact of production issues, escalating to business and technology management as needed.
• Participate in application releases from development, testing, and deployment into the production environment.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Systems Analysts to determine and document systems impacts and support requirements.

eFX Application Support Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in a Production Support role/environment.
• Proficiency with SQL and Linux.
• Experience installing, configuring, and/or supporting business applications.
• Knowledge and experience of Problem Management Tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders with clear, articulate communication skills.
• Experience in a Foreign Exchange / Markets Support environment.

eFX Application Support Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with practical problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinking abilities.
• Exposure to advanced technologies used in global business operations.

eFX Application Support Analyst – Assignment Length:
This role is approved through January 10, 2027, with an option to renew.
