EIT Program Systems Analyst I:
On behalf of our Utilities client, Procom is searching for an EIT Program Systems Analyst I for a contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s San Antonio, Texas office.

EIT Program Systems Analyst I - Job Description:
The EIT Program Systems Analyst I will support and enhance enterprise GIS and field operations applications within a utility-focused environment. This role involves application support, system administration, troubleshooting, configuration management, integration, and development activities related to GIS, Work Management Systems (WMS), and Mobile Data Systems (MDS).

EIT Program Systems Analyst I - Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain GIS, Work Management, and Mobile Data applications utilized by field operations teams.
• Install, configure, test, and implement application enhancements and software updates across Windows, Linux, and Citrix environments.
• Design, develop, integrate, and enhance enterprise applications to meet business and operational requirements.
• Promote application code and configurations through development, testing, and production environments.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot application issues, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on server builds, operating system patching, performance tuning, and system health monitoring.
• Partner with database administrators on backups, patching, database refreshes, and schema modifications.
• Integrate GIS and field operations applications with enterprise systems such as ERP, asset management, and outage management platforms.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials.
• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting a 24/7 operational environment.

EIT Program Systems Analyst I - Mandatory Skills:
• GIS Interfacing
• GIS Database Management
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to support users in office, field, and operational environments

EIT Program Systems Analyst I – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Python
• Oracle Database
• Experience developing web and/or mobile applications
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS technologies
• Experience integrating GIS applications with ERP platforms such as SAP

EIT Program Systems Analyst I – Assignment Length:
This is a long-term contract opportunity.
