Email Developer SFMC x3:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Email Developer SFMC x3 for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Email Developer SFMC x3 - Job Description:
The Email Developer will be responsible for building and deploying email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This involves coding responsive emails, integrating AMPscript for personalization, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. The role supports Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities, optimizing existing templates, and supporting marketing automation journeys.

Email Developer SFMC x3 - Responsibilities:
• Build and deploy client-facing email campaigns in SFMC
• Optimize existing templates and support marketing automation journeys
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create templates and manage modules
• Set up data integration points for email, SMS, and digital channels
• Optimize campaigns for deliverability and engagement
• Perform rigorous QA/testing and troubleshoot rendering issues across devices

Email Developer SFMC x3 - Mandatory Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud email development
• Strong proficiency in AMPscript for dynamic content
• Hands-on experience with responsive HTML/CSS for email design
• Familiarity with Email Studio, CloudPages, and Mobile Studio
• Working knowledge of Data Extensions, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
• QA/testing experience using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid
• Ability to troubleshoot rendering issues across multiple email clients/devices

Email Developer SFMC x3 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Developer)
• Familiarity with Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Experience with dynamic content and segmentation strategies
• Workfront experience or equivalent (Jira)

Email Developer SFMC x3 – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion to full-time.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Hybrid with 1 day in office every Thursday and every fourth Friday of the month.
