On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for an Emerging Talent Recruiter for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days onsite at our client’s New York office.

Emerging Talent Recruiter - Job Description:
This role involves recruiting for a new graduate program designed to attract top-level graduates who will become future leaders. The recruiter will focus on campus recruitment, engaging with potential candidates, and managing the recruitment process from screening to offer.

Emerging Talent Recruiter - Responsibilities:
• Recruit for the graduate program, focusing on campus recruitment
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
• Manage candidate pipeline and provide shortlists to the business
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events
• Develop relationships with educational institutions
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders
• Ensure optimal candidate and hiring manager experience

Emerging Talent Recruiter - Mandatory Skills:
• 5 years of recruitment experience
• Strong communication skills
• 5 years of campus recruitment experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Executive ready with polished presentation skills
• Team player
