End User AI Tooling Developer:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for an End User AI Tooling Developer for a contract role until December 24, 2027. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

End User AI Tooling Developer - Job Description:
This technical role supports the enterprise assistant platforms by developing and maintaining custom connectors to internal systems, managing a library of skills and prompt assets, and providing hands-on support to business users. The role involves new development and integration work to enhance how internal data is accessed and utilized.

End User AI Tooling Developer - Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain custom MCP connectors for internal systems
• Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth and other security measures
• Instrument connectors with logging and monitoring, and manage their documentation
• Write, test, and maintain a library of Skills encoding organization-specific procedures
• Manage the Skills repository lifecycle, including version control and quality assurance
• Ensure Skills and connectors function correctly as models change
• Establish reference architecture and security measures for data exposure
• Serve as an expert in Claude and Enterprise ChatGPT, providing guidance on adoption
• Conduct office hours and working sessions to assist users across divisions
• Partner with AI adoption and training functions to provide technical content

End User AI Tooling Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• More than 5 years of experience in a programming role with strong Python skills
• Experience with Git-based workflows and API integration
• Direct experience building against LLM platforms
• Working fluency in enterprise security and identity concepts
• Strong technical writing skills
• Ability to translate workflow issues into buildable solutions
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries

End User AI Tooling Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• MCP experience
• Experience with investment and corporate professionals
• Knowledge of data classification and audit logging
• Familiarity with Claude and Enterprise ChatGPT
• Experience with training and adoption functions

End User AI Tooling Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a 14 month contract position until December 24, 2027.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office.
