Enterprise Application Analyst:
On behalf of our IT client, Procom is searching for an Enterprise Application Analyst for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Enterprise Application Analyst - Job Description:
We are seeking an Enterprise Application Analyst to join our information systems team. The role involves analyzing and validating business needs of project stakeholders and translating those needs into successful implementations in enterprise-level systems, focusing on application configuration, testing, enhancement, upgrades, and development.

Enterprise Application Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Deliver application support for NetSuite, Jira, and HubSpot, both operational and project-based
• Resolve user incident tickets and fulfill service requests related to applications and systems
• Follow corporate change processes for all application and system changes
• Maintain a high level of end-user satisfaction through prompt and courteous communication
• Analyze user and functional system requirements and identify conflicts
• Write functional requirement specifications and maintain application configuration documentation
• Facilitate data imports/exports, data cleansing, and data integrity projects

Enterprise Application Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with NetSuite Administration, Jira Administration, HubSpot Administration
• Database experience
• Programming knowledge with PowerShell, JavaScript, and SuiteScript
• Degree, diploma, or certification in computer science or information systems
• 2-4 years’ experience with server-based and SaaS applications
• Proven experience with development or scripting languages
• Strong client-facing communication skills

Enterprise Application Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Power BI experience
• Experience with CRM, document management, reporting, sales, marketing, and development applications
• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis
• Task management skills
• Ability to work in an on-call rotation

Enterprise Application Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a permanent position.
