About the Opportunity

Procom is seeking experienced Enterprise Architects to support large-scale digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives within the Government of Canada. The successful candidate will provide strategic architectural leadership across application, technology, data, information, and integration domains while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, standards, and governance models.
• Develop target-state architectures that support scalability, agility, innovation, and business transformation.
• Align architecture strategies with organizational priorities and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide recommendations on technology investments.
• Promote reuse of enterprise platforms, services, and architectural patterns.
• Mentor architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across programs, projects, and products.

Required Qualifications – Senior

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years leading enterprise architecture strategy, governance, and roadmap development.
• 10+ years designing enterprise solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Experience in one or more of:
  • Enterprise data architecture and governance
  • Cloud architecture and migration strategies
  • API, integration, and microservices architecture

Required Qualifications – Intermediate

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise architecture initiatives.
• 5+ years designing integrated enterprise solutions.
• Experience in enterprise data, cloud, or integration architecture.

Enterprise Business Architect (Senior / Intermediate)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business architecture strategies aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and transformation opportunities.
• Define business capabilities, value streams, process models, and operating models.
• Assess current-state business architecture and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop future-state business architecture and capability roadmaps.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend strategic improvements.
• Support enterprise architecture governance and maturity initiatives.
• Advise senior leadership on business architecture best practices.

• 10+ years mapping business capabilities to strategic objectives and IT investments.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications – Intermediate

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• TOGAF, BIZBOK, or comparable certification.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise architecture strategy and governance.
• 3+ years mapping business capabilities and business processes.
• Experience working across both business and technology domains.

Security Architect (Senior / Intermediate)

About the Opportunity

Procom is seeking Security Architects to ensure security principles are embedded across enterprise architecture, technology solutions, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will help establish secure-by-design practices and strengthen enterprise security governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise security architecture strategies and roadmaps.
• Design and maintain security architecture frameworks, standards, and reference models.
• Assess current-state security posture and identify risks and vulnerabilities.
• Define future-state security architectures aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Support cloud, application, infrastructure, and network security initiatives.
• Provide security reviews and architectural guidance for enterprise projects.
• Participate in architecture review boards and governance forums.
• Promote Zero Trust and modern cybersecurity principles.

Required Qualifications – Senior

• 10+ years in security architecture, cybersecurity strategy, or enterprise security.
• Experience designing security solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong knowledge of security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Zero Trust, identity management, and security architecture best practices.

Required Qualifications – Intermediate

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in security architecture or cybersecurity.
• Experience conducting security assessments and designing secure solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud security, governance frameworks, and enterprise security practices.
