Enterprise Data Management & Data Quality Lead:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Enterprise Data Management & Data Quality Lead for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Enterprise Data Management & Data Quality Lead - Job Description:
The Enterprise Data Management & Data Quality Lead will spearhead the design and implementation of the enterprise data quality operating model within Asset Management. This strategic role involves establishing data governance standards and creating a trusted "golden source" of investment data, ensuring high-quality data across the organization.

Enterprise Data Management & Data Quality Lead - Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the Asset Management Enterprise Data Management strategy.
• Define the target-state operating model for investment data governance and stewardship.
• Establish enterprise data standards, policies, control frameworks, and governance processes.
• Lead workshops to define domain-specific data quality requirements and validation rules.
• Design and implement enterprise data quality standards and business validation frameworks.
• Partner with senior business leaders to translate data consumption requirements into enterprise controls.
• Serve as SME for critical investment data domains such as Security Master and Reference Data.

Enterprise Data Management & Data Quality Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• 10-15+ years of investment data management experience.
• Proven experience leading Enterprise Data Management initiatives within Asset Management or similar sectors.
• Experience defining enterprise data governance frameworks and operating models.
• Strong understanding of investment workflows and downstream data consumption.
• Expert experience with Databricks, Microsoft Azure, SQL, and advanced data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience establishing Data Ownership and Data Stewardship frameworks.
• Proven track record of partnering with business domain owners to define critical data elements and governance processes.

Enterprise Data Management & Data Quality Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous leadership experience at firms such as pension funds, asset managers, or global banks.
• Experience supporting cloud-based data modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of data lineage, metadata management, and master data management solutions.
• Python, Spark, and advanced analytics experience.
• Exposure to both Asset Management and Wealth Management business models.

Enterprise Data Management & Data Quality Lead – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment.
