On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an Enterprise Monitoring / Infrastructure Analyst for an intermediate role. This position is onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Enterprise Monitoring / Infrastructure Analyst - Job Description:
Our client is seeking an Enterprise Monitoring / Infrastructure Analyst to own and administer the enterprise IT and OT SolarWinds environment while supporting monitoring, alerting, reporting, incident coordination, and continuous improvement across infrastructure, network, cloud, application, and operational technology environments.

Enterprise Monitoring / Infrastructure Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Own and administer the Enterprise IT and OT SolarWinds environment, including platform maintenance, upgrades, configuration, optimization, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor and maintain visibility into enterprise infrastructure, network, cloud, application, and operational technology environments.
• Design alerts, manage thresholds, correlate events, and support notification processes.
• Respond to and coordinate resolution of monitoring-related incidents, ensuring timely escalation and remediation of service-impacting issues.
• Analyze operational data, trends, and performance metrics to identify risks, recurring issues, and service improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, executive reporting, and service performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Security, Application, and OT teams to define and implement monitoring requirements and standards.

Enterprise Monitoring / Infrastructure Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong SolarWinds platform administration and enterprise monitoring experience.
• Experience monitoring infrastructure, network, cloud, application, and/or OT environments in an enterprise setting.
• Hands-on Microsoft Azure administration experience, including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Virtual Machines, Networking, and Entra ID.
• Windows Server administration, performance monitoring, patching, and operational support.
• Experience with incident, problem, and event management practices.
• Ability to design alerts, manage thresholds, correlate events, and drive escalation/remediation for service-impacting issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Security, Application, and OT teams.

Enterprise Monitoring / Infrastructure Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• ServiceNow integration and ITSM process experience.
• PowerShell scripting, REST APIs, and infrastructure automation experience.
• High availability, disaster recovery, and infrastructure resiliency solution experience.
• Experience supporting hybrid environments across on-premises datacenters and cloud platforms.
• AIOps platforms, event intelligence, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics experience.
