ERP Change Management Specialist:
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for an ERP Change Management Specialist for a three-month role. This position is a hybrid position with onsite work required at our client’s Burnaby office.

Job Description:
This project involves the documentation and assessment of current-state business processes across key domains to inform future ERP transformation planning. The role focuses on identifying process challenges and opportunities for improvement to support the City of Burnaby’s IT systems implementation.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct current-state assessments of business processes within the H2R, P2P, and P2B domains.
• Develop standardized and detailed process maps for in-scope processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and manual workarounds.
• Document opportunities for process standardization, simplification, and automation.
• Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to City staff on system setup and support requirements.
• Produce weekly status reports and communicate assignment status to senior management.

Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of five years of experience delivering change management services for complex transformations.
• Experience with ERP, human capital management, finance, procurement, or budgeting transformations.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in preparing change management deliverables and strategies.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation or transformation programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in a municipal or broader public-sector organization.
• Familiarity with SAP-enabled business processes across H2R, P2P, and P2B domains.
• SAP BTP architecture and administration skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
• Proficiency with collaboration and process mapping tools.

Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from October to December 2026.

Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite presence.
