ERP Security & GRC Specialist:
On behalf of our Natural Resource client, Procom is searching for an ERP Security & GRC Specialist for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

ERP Security & GRC Specialist - Job Description:
The ERP Security & GRC Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering SAP GRC Access Control and SAP IAG solutions. This role is focused on managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, access request workflows, risk rulesets, and audit readiness across SAP S/4HANA and hybrid cloud environments.

ERP Security & GRC Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate test environment setup and test data preparation.
• Run system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Coordinate testing and defect management using tools like CloudALM, Tricentis, Azure Dev Ops, ServiceNow.
• Monitor testing progress and ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes.
• Handle other testing types such as test automation, performance testing, stress testing, negative testing.
• Work closely with SAP functional consultants, developers, and business partners.

ERP Security & GRC Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 7 - 9 years of hands-on implementation and support experience with SAP GRC and SAP IAG.
• Strong understanding of SAP GRC functionality, configuration, access controls, and compliance processes.
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders, auditors, and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Application Security and authorization concepts.
• Experience with IT General Controls (ITGC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance monitoring.
• Experience collaborating with business, audit, security, and technical partners.

ERP Security & GRC Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA security and authorization concepts.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS).
• Experience working in regulated industries.

ERP Security & GRC Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

ERP Security & GRC Specialist - Start Date:
ASAP.

ERP Security & GRC Specialist - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is hybrid with 3 days in the office.
