Execution Tools Enablement Analyst:
On behalf of our IT client, Procom is searching for an Execution Tools Enablement Analyst for a Utility client in San Antonio, TX .  US/GC only  W2 role.   

Execution Tools Enablement Analyst - Job Description:
The Execution Tools Enablement Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise execution, automation, and collaboration platforms within the IT organization. The role focuses on ensuring platform stability, data integrity, and user adoption, with a primary emphasis on Microsoft Power Automate administration and workflow automation.

Execution Tools Enablement Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Microsoft Power Automate workflows, environments, solutions, and connectors.
• Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot workflow failures and integration issues.
• Support development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of workflow automation solutions.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining automation standards and governance requirements.
• Support integrations between Power Automate and enterprise platforms like SharePoint and Teams.
• Produce routine dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI.
• Provide frontline and Tier 2 support for platform users and create training materials.

Execution Tools Enablement Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience administering or supporting Microsoft Power Automate.
• Understanding of workflow automation and systems integration concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Execution Tools Enablement Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with APIs, connectors, and workflow integrations.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI certifications.

Execution Tools Enablement Analyst - Start Date:
ASAP.

Execution Tools Enablement Analyst - Assignment Location:
San Antonio, Texas, onsite.
