On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking an Expert Project Manager - Cyber Security.

Expert Project Manager - Cyber Security - Job Description:

The Supplier will provide an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate a multi-year cybersecurity maturity and transformation program. The Program Manager will be responsible for overall program planning, governance, coordination, reporting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight across multiple concurrent cybersecurity initiatives.
Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain an integrated program plan and roadmap.
• Establish and manage program governance structures and reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Manage program schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Facilitate steering committee, working group, and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor program progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
• Support procurement, implementation, and transition-to-operations activities as required.
• Ensure alignment of project activities with program objectives and organizational priorities.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and resource constraints.
• Support organizational change management and stakeholder communications.

The Supplier shall provide program management services and produce, maintain, and update the following deliverables throughout the engagement, including but not limited to:

• Program Charter

• Master Program Schedule and Work Plan

Program Governance & Oversight

• Decision, assumption, and dependency registers

Program Delivery Management

• Integrated program schedule updates
• Workstream coordination and dependency management
• Milestone tracking and delivery monitoring

• Resource utilization and capacity tracking
• Change request and scope management documentation

Risk, Issue & Quality Management

Expected Outcomes

The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring:

• Effective governance and oversight of the cybersecurity maturity program.
• Coordination and alignment across multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholders.
• Timely identification and management of risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Accurate and meaningful reporting to leadership and governance bodies.
• Effective coordination of vendors, consultants, and internal resources.
• Continuous monitoring of program progress, milestones, and outcomes.

  Expert Project Manager - Cyber Security - Mandatory Skills:
 

• Extensive experience in program or project management, including leading large-scale, multi-stream technology or cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and enterprise security domains sufficient to effectively coordinate and oversee technical security initiatives across areas such as governance, identity and access management, threat detection and response, data protection, application security, and endpoint security.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, interdependent programs involving multiple concurrent workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and engagement at senior and executive levels, with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business and governance reporting.
• Highly proactive and self-directed approach, with strong capability in anticipating risks, identifying issues early, and driving resolution without requiring close supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Experience working in complex, regulated environments is required; healthcare or public sector experience is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering cybersecurity or technology transformation programs in enterprise environments is an asset.
