On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Product Consultant, Recruitment Digitization (Workday) for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Product Consultant, Recruitment Digitization (Workday) - Job Description:
The Product Consultant, Recruitment Digitization (Workday) acts as a strategic advisor within the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, supporting recruitment technology initiatives and managing change requests. This role ensures system enhancements align with organizational goals and supports continuity during a team member’s maternity leave.

Product Consultant, Recruitment Digitization (Workday) - Responsibilities:
• Lead regression testing and validation of Workday Talent Acquisition processes
• Support governance and regulatory updates to ensure compliance
• Validate and refine Workday change requests with stakeholders
• Analyze issues and recommend solutions
• Participate in strategic planning and project prioritization
• Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Product Consultant, Recruitment Digitization (Workday) - Mandatory Skills:
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Postsecondary education
• In-depth testing experience
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, iterative)
• Requirements analysis and problem decomposition techniques
• Familiarity with Microsoft business technologies, relational databases, SharePoint
• Understanding of industry standards and business capabilities

Product Consultant, Recruitment Digitization (Workday) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Workday Pro Certification
• Relevant postsecondary education
• Previous financial institution experience, especially BMO

Product Consultant, Recruitment Digitization (Workday) – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
