FinOps Operations Specialist:
On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a FinOps Operations Specialist for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

FinOps Operations Specialist - Job Description:
Join the Operations Excellence team as a Senior Analytics Specialist to focus on cloud cost management, dashboards, and KPI frameworks. Collaborate with engineering to design insight-driven dashboards, advise on metrics, and enhance storytelling to optimize cloud usage and unit economics.

FinOps Operations Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Design and implement dashboards for cloud cost management
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify cost drivers
• Propose optimizations and track results through a FinOps cadence
• Guide teams in developing meaningful KPIs aligned with business goals
• Translate technical findings into actionable plans for stakeholders

FinOps Operations Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• FinOps/cloud cost management experience
• Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling
• Ability to build clear dashboards for varied audiences
• Consulting/advisory skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Power BI, SQL

FinOps Operations Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with AWS CUR (Cost and Usage Reports)
• Familiarity with Azure Cost Management exports
• Experience with GCP Billing export to BigQuery
• Cost optimization tools/experience for Snowflake/Databricks
• Experience with Apptio

FinOps Operations Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension.

FinOps Operations Specialist - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office.
