On behalf of our fire protection client, Procom is searching for a Fire Alarm New Construction Sales Representative for a permanent role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Englewood, Colorado office.

Fire Alarm New Construction Sales Representative - Job Description:
The Fire Alarm New Construction Sales Representative will focus on estimating and selling fire alarm new construction and service work. This role involves evaluating customer needs, providing quality products, and solving customer issues to grow the business.

Fire Alarm New Construction Sales Representative - Responsibilities:
• Meet all assigned sales quotas
• Manage time to complete the maximum number of sales calls and lead generation activities
• Follow up on all leads generated through Inside Sales Representatives
• Participate in networking events and community functions to maximize lead generation

Fire Alarm New Construction Sales Representative - Mandatory Skills:
• Sales experience in fire protection with a focus on fire alarm systems
• Knowledge of fire alarm system installation methods
• Experience writing bid proposals (Word and Excel)
• Ability to build customer rapport, develop business relationships, and close sales

Fire Alarm New Construction Sales Representative – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Design or project management experience
• Familiarity with project budgeting
• Knowledge of the local and surrounding market
• Proficient with personal computers and Microsoft Office tools
• Valid driver's license, maintained in line with company guidelines
