Fixed Income Operations Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Fixed Income Operations Analyst for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Fixed Income Operations Analyst - Job Description:
The Fixed Income Operations Analyst will support key operational processes in collateral settlement for Fixed Income trading activities at Securities. The role involves developing an understanding of both domestic and international Fixed Income markets and contributing to a positive team environment.

Fixed Income Operations Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Process cash Principal and Interest Settlement in the Loan IQ application for CSA agreements
• Execute cash settlements using SWIFT messages (MT202, MT103) for Variation and Initial Margins
• Manage and resolve exceptions from trade discrepancies and system feed issues
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
• Assist in analysis, development, testing, and implementation of process improvements
• Document and update procedures for new and current processes
• Ensure escalation policies are observed according to bank policy

Fixed Income Operations Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Capital Markets experience
• Sound knowledge of Canadian and US fixed income settlements
• Settlements and payments experience
• Ability to make decisions or interpretations within defined boundaries to meet SLAs
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Fixed Income Operations Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• SWIFT experience
• CSC or other Finance certifications
• Experience in transaction lifecycle for Fixed Income products like Repo, Security Lending

Fixed Income Operations Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position with possible extension or conversion.
