French Bilingual Learning Consultant:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a French Bilingual Learning Consultant for a 3 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

French Bilingual Learning Consultant - Job Description:
The Learning Consultant will be involved in various projects, including the Mandatory Training Program (MTP), Compass Mobile Enhancements, and PSP Modernization MVP 2. The role focuses on designing and managing learning solutions to enhance employee capabilities and support a client-centric environment.

French Bilingual Learning Consultant - Responsibilities:
• Research, recommend, and design content for learning and performance solutions
• Manage development activities for related projects aligned with bank's strategies
• Design learning solutions using authoring and multimedia tools such as Articulate 360
• Review French courses to ensure grammatical accuracy and natural audio recordings
• Collaborate across functions to identify training needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Present content with detailed design plans, instructional strategies, and research results
• Deliver and implement high-quality learning solutions on time and monitor results

French Bilingual Learning Consultant - Mandatory Skills:
• Bilingual - strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Experience with Articulate 360, Rise, and Storyline
• Instructional Design expertise, including conducting a Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Experience designing e-learning, instructor-led, and self-guided training materials
• Workday LMS experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple and competing deliverables

French Bilingual Learning Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Adobe Captivate experience
• Adobe Premiere Pro experience
• Project Management experience
• Adult Learning/Education Certification
• Comfortable attending meetings and collaborating with team members

French Bilingual Learning Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position ending on October 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role.
