Front End Developer:
On behalf of our financial client, Procom is searching for a Front End Developer for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Southlake, TX office.

Job Description:
As a Front End Developer, you will be part of the Schwab Contact Center Technology organization, focusing on creating, maintaining, and enhancing custom application solutions for contact center department team members and business partners. The role involves conducting discovery sessions, providing solution architecture, and delivering technical documentation and knowledge transfer to support and engineering team members.

Responsibilities:
• Design technical solutions based on business requirements and conduct discovery sessions.
• Utilize programming languages such as Angular and JavaScript to create custom voice applications and web portals.
• Investigate complex technical issues and resolve them in collaboration with partnering personnel.
• Work within the Agile framework to estimate and deliver new product functionality efficiently.
• Provide third-tier support for troubleshooting and resolving complex implementation issues.
• Consult with business partners to provide technical direction for business requests.
• Manage multiple projects with varying sizes and technical complexities.

Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on technical experience with digital technologies and solutions.
• Angular and JavaScript development experience.
• Understanding of NICE inContact technology, including CXOne, WFM, Nexidia, or other CCaaS platforms.
• Telecommunications, VoIP, and computer network design knowledge.
• Experience deploying IP telephony across Cloud, LAN, and WAN architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide third-tier support.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Strong Angular proficiency.
• SQL experience.
• VB.NET experience.
• HTML/CSS experience.
• Contact center technology experience.

Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Start Date:
ASAP.

Assignment Location:
Southlake, TX — On-site 4 days per week.
