Full Stack Developer:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Full Stack Developer for a 6-month role. This position is a remote position for Alberta-based candidates only.

Full Stack Developer - Job Description:
The Full Stack Developer will be involved in the Wires modernization project and BizBank sustainment work. This role focuses on web services and web app development, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the user experience and workflows.

Full Stack Developer - Responsibilities:
• Design, code, unit test, and integrate new features and functionality as defined by the PO and team
• Apply creative problem-solving to bring software designs to life
• Build apps, APIs, and data solutions to drive projects
• Assist in the development of automated test harnesses to ensure high-quality code delivery
• Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to devise creative digital solutions
• Update progress daily through the tracking tool (Jira) or Kanban board
• Complete and ensure completion of any required documentation

Full Stack Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• Web services/web app development - front-end programming (React, HTML, CSS, JS, Java, Python, NodeJS)
• Unit and e2e testing using Playwright, Selenium
• Source code management using version-control tools and best practices
• Experience with Gitlab or similar, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication skills

Full Stack Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• GCP knowledge
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile methodologies
• Empathetic and responsible
• Experience with cloud, mobile, and web infrastructures

Full Stack Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
