Full Stack - Java:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Full Stack - Java for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Full Stack - Java - Job Description:
This role involves working on the development and enhancement of high-performance web applications. The project may include platform upgrades and the implementation of new features using the latest technologies. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering robust and scalable solutions.

Full Stack - Java - Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain complex, high-performance web applications.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Utilize Java, particularly the Spring Boot framework, for backend development.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with front-end developers using Angular and TypeScript.
• Employ containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Full Stack - Java - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Proven track record of delivering complex web applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.

Full Stack - Java – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the financial services or banking industry.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and application security principles.

Full Stack - Java – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with an option to renew or convert.

Full Stack - Java - Start Date:
ASAP.

Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. This position requires a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office.
