Global Legal Project and Value Pricing Manager:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Global Legal Project and Value Pricing Manager for a permanent role. This position is a remote position with a preference for candidates in the Central or EST time zones.

Global Legal Project and Value Pricing Manager - Job Description:
The Global Legal Project and Value Pricing Manager plays a critical operational role on global client engagements spanning more than 50 countries. The role involves managing day-to-day budgeting and coordination of services, ensuring consistent execution across teams, ALSPs, and technology platforms.

Global Legal Project and Value Pricing Manager - Responsibilities:
• Lead annual budget planning and monitoring for complex, value-based fee arrangements, ensuring real-time visibility into financial performance.
• Act as primary financial partner to Partners and client stakeholders on budget planning, spend optimization, and fee arrangements.
• Develop, manage, and report on multi-jurisdictional matter budgets in coordination with the Global Billing Coordinator.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for large, cross-border client programs across 50+ countries.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across time zones and workstreams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, scheduling conflicts, and resourcing gaps.
• Support client relationship management through regular reporting and governance meetings.
• Analyze portfolio data to surface trends and insights that add strategic value to the client relationship.
• Build and maintain a preferred panel of ALSP partners.
• Identify, implement, and embed AI-powered and legal technology tools to improve efficiency.

Global Legal Project and Value Pricing Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of financial management/pricing and legal project management experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or ALSP environment.
• Deep expertise in legal matter budgeting, AFAs, and legal financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience working with or managing ALSPs.
• Proven track record of implementing AI and legal technology tools in a legal service delivery context.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to senior client and firm leadership.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and use of AI tools for project management.

Global Legal Project and Value Pricing Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience managing multi-jurisdictional legal budgets.
• Experience in a dedicated client service or embedded legal ops roles.
• Exposure to cross-border regulatory, M&A, or commercial matters.
• Working knowledge of legal AI platforms such as Harvey or Legora.
