On behalf of our Insurance client, Procom is searching for a Growth Associate (Account Executive) for a permanent role. This position is onsite at our client’s New York, NY office.

Growth Associate (Account Executive) - Job Description:
Join WithCoverage as a Growth Associate (Account Executive) to drive growth and redefine risk management in the insurance industry. This role focuses on onboarding new mid-market accounts, developing client relationships, and executing sales strategies using proprietary technology and AI.

Growth Associate (Account Executive) - Responsibilities:
• Own the full mid-market sales cycle from discovery to close, in collaboration with BDR and Risk Management teams.
• Conduct deep, consultative discovery to diagnose operational challenges and form risk mitigation plans.
• Lead onboarding for new accounts, aligning expectations and building trust.
• Proactively source and engage new prospects through various channels.
• Develop compelling proposals and deal narratives to drive decision-makers toward action.

Growth Associate (Account Executive) - Mandatory Skills:
• 3-8 years of experience in a Sales/AE role
• Client Relationship Management and Sales skills
• Experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise Account Management
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and in a team environment

Growth Associate (Account Executive) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the insurance industry
