Growth Lead:
On behalf of our AI-supercharged risk management client, Procom is searching for a Growth Lead for a permanent role.
This position is onsite at our client’s New York, NY office.
Job Description:
As a Growth Lead on the Growth team to own and scale one of our fastest-growing verticals end-to-end. This role involves driving growth of the vertical across the full conversion cycle, building deep industry relationships, and leading all aspects of deal execution.
Responsibilities:
• Own the vertical’s growth by being responsible for pipeline generation, relationship development, and deal execution.
• Drive execution through targeted outreach, managing the pipeline, and guiding prospects through the full conversion cycle.
• Develop industry relationships with C-suite leaders, associations, and connectors.
• Shape the GTM playbook in partnership with an Insurance Lead.
• Build pipeline by expanding referral networks and identifying new go-to-market opportunities.
Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years in relevant fields such as high-growth startups, management consulting, or investment banking/PE/VC.
• Expert relationship manager and networker.
• Capacity to excel in B2B sales closing 6-7 figure deals.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Quick learner.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with AI technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in managing complex risk environments.
