HCM Technology Specialist:
On behalf of our aviation client, Procom is searching for an HCM Technology Specialist for a short-term role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

HCM Technology Specialist - Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HCM Technology Specialist to join our team to support the ongoing administration and enhancement of enterprise HCM solutions. This role involves ensuring the reliable and efficient delivery of people-related technologies and processes, working closely with various teams and vendors.

HCM Technology Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of HCM platforms and related applications
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system, process, data, and integration issues
• Configure and maintain system functionality, business processes, workflows, forms, notifications, and security models
• Support key HR processes including workforce management, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle transactions
• Support interfaces, integrations, APIs, and data exchange processes between enterprise applications
• Evaluate system updates and new functionality, conducting impact assessments and coordinating testing activities
• Support audit, compliance, security, and governance activities

HCM Technology Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience supporting all modules within Dayforce
• Experience with system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and support
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, or Workforce Management processes
• Experience supporting integrations, APIs, reporting, and data management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting system upgrades, releases, and change management activities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

HCM Technology Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience supporting regulated environments and audit requirements
• Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and service management practices
• Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation partners

HCM Technology Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from October 2026 to September 2027.
