Senior Specialist, Leave of Absence and Accommodations:
On behalf of our Human Resources client, Procom is searching for a Senior Specialist, Leave of Absence and Accommodations for a  7-month contract position. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Lone Tree, Colorado office.

Senior Specialist, Leave of Absence and Accommodations - Job Description:
This role focuses on providing support for leave of absence, accommodations, and disability plans and programs within the benefits team. The Senior Specialist will manage all aspects of leave administration and accommodations, including resolving complex case escalations and interacting with employees, managers, and vendors.

Senior Specialist, Leave of Absence and Accommodations - Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing disability, leave of absence, return to work, ADA, and extended medical leave programs
• Partner with disability/leave of absence vendors and act as a liaison
• Ensure integration of vendor FMLA administration with short-term disability plans
• Interpret HR policy and legislative developments for compliance
• Respond to escalations and questions from employees, managers, vendors, and call centers
• Collaborate with Legal, HR management, and external vendors to resolve issues

Senior Specialist, Leave of Absence and Accommodations - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with ADA & Accommodations
• Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and leadership
• Experience in a high-volume environment
• HR Systems knowledge and experience, Workday and ServiceNow a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Problem-solving skills to identify root causes and suggest resolutions

Senior Specialist, Leave of Absence and Accommodations – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, or relevant discipline
• Experience with third-party disability and leave of absence administrators
• Experience learning new processes and improving existing practices
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Accessible approach to employee interactions

Senior Specialist, Leave of Absence and Accommodations – Assignment Length:
This is a 7-month contract position.
