HR Technology BSA:
On behalf of our professional services client, Procom is searching for an HR Technology BSA for a contract role. This position is a remote.

HR Technology BSA - Job Description:
The HR Technology Analyst will work with the Technical Delivery Manager and the delivery team to drive technology delivery for the Global Talent Acquisition and Mobility systems. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements and working with IT and external vendors to implement HR technology solutions.

HR Technology BSA - Responsibilities:
• Conduct meetings with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to design and implement HR technology solutions
• Develop and execute test plans for system functionality and performance
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR systems
• Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides
• Manage HR technology projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure data integrity and develop HR reports and dashboards

HR Technology BSA - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR technology or HRIS
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing HR technology projects

HR Technology BSA – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs

HR Technology BSA – Assignment Length:
8 month contract
