HR Transformation Lead -  Workday Program
On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking a HR Transformation Lead -  Workday Program.

HR Transformation Lead -  Workday Program Job Details The Transformation Lead may be assigned the following services:

Integrated transformation design:  Ensure alignment across the HR service delivery model, service catalogue, organization design, end-to-end business processes, policy updates, Workday configuration, HR service centre and sustainment.
Business Transformation:  Lead future-state process design and standardization, ensuring processes are accurately reflecting HR service delivery model and Workday configuration.
HR service delivery model and service catalogue:  Lead and/or support the development and implementation of the HR service delivery model components, HR services, service ownership, RACI, intake, triage, and escalation delivery processes.
Gap and Issue Resolution:  Identify and drive to completion gaps across people, process, policy, technology.  Develop options for consideration with recommendations for decision-making.
Readiness and Implementation:  Support business readiness, testing and cutover activities to ensure that the future state services and processes are all operationally ready.

HR Transformation Lead -  Workday Program Mandatory Skills

• Demonstrated experience in business transformation and/or HR transformation projects
• Demonstrated experience working in large digital projects/programs
• Strong knowledge of HR service delivery models, service catalogues, organization design and business process design and implementation
• Experience leading process standardization and transformation
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving and systems thinking capability
• Ability to assess impacts and dependencies across categories such as policy, people, process, technology, governance
• Strong facilitation skills to lead workshops and engage stakeholders 
• Experience developing options, recommendations and materials for senior leadership and executive
• Knowledge of change management, deployment readiness, and cutover planning
• Proficiency with computer applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including developing agendas, leading meetings, supporting the group to stay on track, and facilitating collaboration 
• Excellent organization and time management skills
