HRIS Specialist (Workday):
On behalf of our oil & gas client, Procom is searching for an HRIS Specialist (Workday) for a 6 month contract role with potential for extension or perm conversion. This position is onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

HRIS Specialist (Workday) - Job Description:
The HRIS Specialist (Workday) will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Workday platform, focusing on Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Security. The role involves leading testing activities and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment and issue resolution.

HRIS Specialist (Workday) - Responsibilities:
• Lead and own End-to-End (E2E), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Parallel Testing activities
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Workday Security
• Design, build, and deliver Workday reports and analytics solutions
• Partner effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Drive issue resolution and testing completion through deployment

HRIS Specialist (Workday) - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of Workday experience
• Active Workday certifications
• Strong expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Security
• Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Workday Security
• Strong reporting experience, including Advanced and Matrix Reports
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
