HR Reporting Specialist - SAP:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a HR Reporting Specialist - SAP for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

HR Reporting Specialist - SAP - Job Description:
This role involves designing, extracting, analyzing, visualizing, and delivering HR employee data and reporting results within agreed timelines, developing new insights for specialized initiatives from the SAP HRIS system. The position requires a blend of SAP functional knowledge, advanced analytical skills, and proficiency in distributing insights across the bank.

HR Reporting Specialist - SAP - Responsibilities:
• Design and create custom-curated reports for stakeholders across HR and RBC
• Run, verify, and dispatch scheduled reports, potentially using automated solutions
• Perform data analysis and visualization using Python and SAP tables
• Use SQL to manipulate and join data from different data sources
• Create and produce various reports as requested
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• Provide support for HR team members on delivered reports and analytics
• Ensure process completion and identify improvements to optimize reports and schedules
• Develop job aids and tool kits for reporting self-serve solutions

HR Reporting Specialist - SAP - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong SAP reporting experience
• Proficient with Python for data analysis and visualization
• Strong knowledge of SAP tables and data location
• Proficient with SQL and relational database products
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Human Resources
• 5+ years of relevant HR reporting experience, ideally in SAP, Success Factors
• Strong understanding of data security, access management, and governance

HR Reporting Specialist - SAP – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Experience with automated build tools like Rundeck and Stonebranch
• Understanding of GDPR and HR Data Security protocols
• Experience in a fast-paced working environment
• Strong logical mindset for data transformation

This is a 12-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is hybrid, with 4 days in the office and Thursday as a remote day.
