Human Resources (HR) Technology Product Analyst:
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Human Resources (HR) Technology Product Analyst for a 9 month contract role. This position is a remote position based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Human Resources (HR) Technology Product Analyst - Job Description:
The HR Technology Product Analyst will work closely with the Technical Delivery Managers and delivery team to facilitate technology delivery for Global Talent Acquisition and Mobility systems. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate their needs into technical requirements and working with IT and external vendors to design and implement effective HR technology solutions.

Human Resources (HR) Technology Product Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Conduct meetings with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to design HR technology solutions
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR systems
• Develop and deliver training materials for HR system users
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization

Human Resources (HR) Technology Product Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR technology or HRIS
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing HR technology projects

Human Resources (HR) Technology Product Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
