Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer - Job Description:
The designer will shape our client's US Bank secure web experience, creating capabilities that give clients the confidence and autonomy to independently manage their online banking needs. This role involves working on a complex banking product, requiring a comprehensive blend of interaction, visual, content, and research design expertise.

Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer - Responsibilities:
• Understand user interface patterns and behaviors to drive user comprehension and improve task performance
• Use visualizations and interactions to support analytic thinking with large data sets
• Facilitate design critique and provide expert advice to cross-functional teams
• Facilitate ideation sessions and collaborative work activities
• Act as the interaction design subject-matter expert for the product design team
• Create complex low-fidelity sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
• Present interaction design work to more senior stakeholders
• Facilitate usability testing and participate in research activities

Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer - Mandatory Skills:
• Hybrid Design Expertise (interaction, visual, content, research)
• Self-Sufficiency & Independence
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Proficiency in Figma, Confluence, and JIRA
• Adaptability & Strategic Thinking
• BA/BS degree in Design or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing usable interfaces

Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Bilingual Proficiency (English & Spanish)
• User Research & Testing Expertise
• Accessibility & Compliance Knowledge
• Previous Leadership or Management Experience
• MA/MS degree or certification in Design or related field

Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

ASAP.

Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position requires working 4 days per week in the office.
