IAM Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IAM Analyst for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office. 

IAM Analyst - Job Description:
The IAM Analyst will be integral to the discovery phase of major identity transformations, focusing on enterprise-level identity migrations. The role involves translating complex identity-related technical details into clear, structured requirements for business stakeholders and engineering teams.

IAM Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Lead interactive requirements-gathering and discovery workshops with client stakeholders, business units, and technical teams.
• Map current-state vs. future-state identity processes and define comprehensive functional use cases.
• Provide clear functional guidance on how target applications should integrate with the core IAM ecosystem.

IAM Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience as an IAM Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
• Exceptional skills in translating ambiguous business needs into structured functional requirement documents.
• Outstanding workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with application onboarding, integration, or migration initiatives.
• Functional experience with a major market-leading platform (e.g., Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity).

IAM Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience creating onboarding readiness assessments and migration checklists.
• Knowledge of adaptive authentication and risk-based access controls.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to Power BI reporting and dashboard creation.
• Bilingualism (English/French/Spanish) is considered a strong asset.

IAM Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension up to 12 months in total.

IAM Analyst - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in-office.
