IAM Business and Process Optimization Lead:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IAM Business and Process Optimization Lead for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IAM Business and Process Optimization Lead - Job Description:
The IAM Business and Process Optimization Lead will be involved in a new project focusing on infrastructure onboarding to SailPoint IIQ, reviewing and optimizing IAM processes, and identifying automation opportunities. The role is critical for driving strategic identity initiatives and business-as-usual improvements within the Identity Access Lifecycle Services line of business.

IAM Business and Process Optimization Lead - Responsibilities:
• Lead efforts to optimize IAM processes, including assessment and redesign to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve quality of service.
• Drive and support the onboarding of infrastructure components to SailPoint IIQ.
• Build and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and external experts.
• Identify metrics thresholds and business rules for measuring data quality.
• Recommend solutions to enhance processes, eliminate risks, and improve the speed and quality of services.
• Lead business implementation planning and execution activities.
• Prepare management and/or executive reporting, dashboard, and presentation materials.

IAM Business and Process Optimization Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• Over 5 years of experience with Identity and Access Management space.
• Ability to develop solutions and strategies - 5+ years.
• Working experience with SailPoint IIQ - 5+ years.
• Experience in IAM process optimization and infrastructure onboarding to SailPoint IIQ - 3+ years.

IAM Business and Process Optimization Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous banking and insurance experience.
• Agile Methodology.
• Working experience with CyberArk, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• CISSP certification.
• Previous experience leading Identity Access Management projects.

IAM Business and Process Optimization Lead – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with an end date of December 18th, 2026, with the possibility for extension.

IAM Business and Process Optimization Lead - Start Date:
ASAP.

IAM Business and Process Optimization Lead - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence once a week on Tuesday and one Friday per month.
