On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IAM System Architect for a 5 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IAM System Architect - ForgeRock \ PingAM \ PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud - Job Description:
The project involves delivering the bank’s next-generation Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform in alignment with a long-term product roadmap as part of a large-scale transformation. The IAM System Architect will design and architect CIAM systems, ensuring modern capabilities are integrated into various IAM platforms.

IAM System Architect - ForgeRock \ PingAM \ PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud - Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the architecture and design of new features/capabilities for the IAM platform (ForgeRock / Ping / PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud)
• Provide subject matter expertise on security controls such as MFA, Device Binding, and Session Control within the ForgeRock\Ping platform
• Collaborate with application domain architects to design solutions for migrating business applications to next-gen CIAM capabilities
• Review business requirements and provide architectural design to the IAM Engineering team
• Provide design artifacts to stakeholders, outlining solutions, components, key decisions, and estimates
• Collaborate with IAM Engineering partners to ensure alignment and synergy in proposed solutions
• Evaluate new authentication capabilities and incorporate applicable designs
• Partner with cross-functional architect teams to solidify design approaches aligning with best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Bank to provide enterprise-grade solutions
• Represent the CIAM Architecture team on governance boards, providing expertise and required artifacts

IAM System Architect - ForgeRock \ PingAM \ PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years in the IAM space with 3+ years in an Architect Role
• 5+ years of hands-on experience within the CIAM space (ForgeRock \ PingAM \ PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud)
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, NodeJS, Java)
• Strong understanding of various MFA technologies
• Experience developing and documenting CIAM directives, standards, and policies

IAM System Architect - ForgeRock \ PingAM \ PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• SIEM integrations and security monitoring
• Previous experience working within the Banking Sector
• Experience preparing presentation decks and presenting to senior leadership
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, and vendor-specific IAM certifications

IAM System Architect - ForgeRock \ PingAM \ PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is from ASAP to October 31st, with a possibility of extension for a total of 12 months or beyond and potential conversion to FTE.
