Identity & Access Management Analyst:
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for an Identity & Access Management Analyst for a 12 month contract role. This position is a remote position located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Identity & Access Management Analyst - Job Description:
The Identity & Access Management Analyst will focus on implementing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). The role involves enhancing security protocols through the deployment of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies, ensuring secure access to corporate resources.

Identity & Access Management Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Implement and support enterprise IAM solutions.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration and automation tasks.
• Design and deploy enterprise MFA strategies and troubleshoot authentication issues.
• Design, implement, and maintain Conditional Access policies.
• Configure and support Enterprise Applications within Microsoft Entra ID.
• Investigate and resolve authentication, authorization, and federation-related issues.
• Collaborate with teams to gather information and translate it into clear documentation.

Identity & Access Management Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust security principles.
• Experience in large enterprise environments (10,000+ users preferred).
• Experience developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
• Experience with MFA strategies and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Conditional Access policy management.

Identity & Access Management Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Authenticator, FIDO2 Security Keys, and passwordless sign-in.
• Experience with SCIM provisioning and group-based authorization.
• Log Analytics experience.
• Experience in application consent and permissions management.
• Experience with claims mapping and federation services.
