Identity Access Management Consultant - Senior
On behalf of our Government client, Procom is searching for an Identity Access Management Consultant - Senior for a 7 month contract role. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto office.

Identity Access Management Consultant - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical government project regarding PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure environments. The consultant will support the development, UAT, and production environments, ensuring seamless integration and support for large identity systems.

Identity Access Management Consultant - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Monitor the health, performance, and status of service components.
• Start and stop service components and perform backups or recoveries.
• Tune and maintain service components, including applying patches and renewing certificates.
• Triage, analyze, and resolve incidents and problems.
• Assess the impacts of changes on OPS Secure and document maintenance and support requirements.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support for production environments.
• Support client integrations with PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure.
• Develop processes, solutions, and utilities to facilitate integration.

Identity Access Management Consultant - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years experience with COTS identity and access management systems.
• 4+ years experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus.
• 10+ years experience in application problem resolution.
• Experience with quality control methodologies for large-scale applications.
• Experience with Change Management and Release Management.
• Knowledge of IT security technologies, particularly PKI, PMI, and SSL.
• Experience with system monitoring tools like Nagios.

Identity Access Management Consultant - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM).
• Experience with large-scale application implementations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in government projects.

Identity Access Management Consultant - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from September till March 2027.
