Identity Analyst:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for an Identity Analyst for a contract role. This position is a remote position with a preference for Alberta-based candidates but open to anywhere in Canada.

Identity Analyst - Job Description:
As the next Enterprise Identity Analyst, you will work on the Workforce Identity Advancement project, focusing on access requests fulfillment and process improvement. You will be responsible for identity platform administration for Okta and Active Directory, becoming an expert in existing access workflows and collaborating with the Enterprise Identity & Application Security team to develop new ones.

Identity Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Assess current Identity and Access processes
• Implement IAM best practices
• Work on access requests fulfillment
• Administer identity platforms, including Okta and Active Directory
• Collaborate with teams across the organization for process improvement

Identity Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Okta administration
• Active Directory administration
• Powershell
• Organization/task prioritization
• Strong communication skills

Identity Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with identity platform migrations
• Familiarity with other IAM tools
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Experience in a similar industry
• Certification in IAM or related fields

Identity Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with an end date of March 31, 2027, with a possibility for extension.
