Identity Engineer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Identity Engineer for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Identity Engineer - Job Description:
The Identity Engineer will be a key player in enhancing and maintaining the Quest Active Roles Server (ARS) within bank's identity infrastructure. This role involves scripting, automation, and customization in Active Directory environments, focusing on improving directory management processes and workflows.

Identity Engineer - Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize business logic and operational rules within ARS using advanced PowerShell scripting
• Customize and maintain Active Roles Server (ARS) for directory object management
• Enhance business logic and workflows in Active Directory
• Support helpdesk tooling for AD object management
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement scalable solutions

Identity Engineer - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of progressive experience
• Advanced PowerShell scripting
• Experience customizing tools or platforms, preferably ARS
• Strong understanding of Active Directory object management
• Experience with workflows, rules, and automation logic
• Solid understanding of domain controllers, DNS, and GPO concepts
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments

Identity Engineer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Active Roles Server (ARS)
• Previous banking or enterprise regulated environment experience
• Experience supporting hybrid environments
• Experience in large-scale directory environments
• Background infrastructure support and management, including SQL knowledge

Identity Engineer – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment.

Identity Engineer - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 1 day in the office every Tuesday and 1 Friday per month.
