On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an IdM Analyst / Architect - Expert for a contingent role for approx 12 months. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

IdM Analyst / Architect - Expert - Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Identity Management (IdM) Consultant to implement a migration from Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) to a Microsoft Entra ID environment. The consultant will evaluate the current-state identity environment and design, develop, and implement the migration of identity lifecycle management solutions for employees, contractors, and B2B users. 

IdM Analyst / Architect - Expert - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess the current identity environment
• Design and develop migration strategies from MIM to Microsoft Entra ID
• Implement identity lifecycle management solutions for various user groups
• Ensure successful migration and integration of identity solutions
• Provide expertise in identity governance and compliance best practices

IdM Analyst / Architect - Expert - Mandatory Skills:
• Ten years of overall IT experience with a focus on identity and access management projects
• Five years of experience in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) modernization or migration projects
• Five years of expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Graph API, and B2B collaboration
• Three years of experience with Microsoft Azure AD User Provisioning and related technologies
• Two years of experience with Microsoft Azure AD B2B and B2C
• Three years of experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and PowerShell

IdM Analyst / Architect - Expert – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience migrating organizations from MIM to Microsoft Entra ID-native services
• Knowledge of identity governance, compliance, and security best practices
• Microsoft security and identity certifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous work experience with municipal or government organizations

This is a contingent position for approx. 12 months

Calgary, Alberta, Canada; hybrid position with 3 days in office.
