Job Description

The Opportunity:

The Implementation Director is responsible for leading the successful end-to-end implementation of Flextrack VMS solutions across multiple client programs, managing multiple concurrent implementations of various complexities and sizes. This role owns delivery outcomes from post-sales transition through discovery, design, configuration, testing, go-live, hypercare, and transition into steady-state operations.

The Implementation Director serves as the delivery lead throughout implementation and acts as the primary implementation contact for clients and internal stakeholders. This role partners closely with Solutions Delivery, Business Systems Analysts, Solution Design, Customer Success, Product, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery while maintaining alignment to platform standards and implementation best practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong implementation leadership, strategic thinking, project execution capabilities, and customer engagement skills with a deep understanding of SaaS platforms and workforce technology solutions.

Day to day you will:

• Own the successful execution of client implementations, ensuring delivery aligns to scope, timeline, quality expectations, and client objectives.
• Drive all implementation phases from post-sales transition through successful production deployment and stabilization. 
• Establish implementation strategies tailored to client requirements while maintaining alignment with standard platform capabilities and implementation methodologies.
• Own implementation outcomes including:

• • • On-time delivery
    • Scope adherence
    • Budget alignment
    • Adoption readiness 
• Lead implementation strategy and facilitate discovery activities in partnership with Solution Delivery teams.
• Ensure business requirements are documented, validated, and aligned with both client objectives and scalable platform standards. 
• Drive requirements prioritization and facilitate decision-making when competing priorities exist.
• Collaborate with Solution Design, Configuration, and Technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client business requirements
• Own and maintain key project documentation including:

o   Project plans

o   Statements of Work (SOW)

o   RACSI documentation

o   Status reports

o   RAID logs

o   Change requests

o   Deployment plans

o   Go-live readiness documentation

o   Hypercare plans

• Escalate critical risks, dependencies, and decisions through established governance processes. 

It would be amazing if you have:

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience implementing VMS, MSP, workforce management, HCM, or related SaaS solutions.
• 3 or more years leading large-scale implementation projects or programs.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through complex implementation lifecycles.
• Experience managing executive client relationships and facilitating strategic discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with contingent workforce technologies, VMS, MSP, Direct Sourcing, or Services Procurement solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce-based platforms.
• Experience leading global or multi-country implementations.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.
