Incident Analyst:
On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for an Incident Analyst for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Southlake office.

Incident Analyst - Job Description:
We are seeking an Incident Analyst to support the Incident Command Team within Infrastructure & Operations. The role involves connecting postmortem and problem investigation activities to remediation work, ensuring actions are effective in reducing recurrence risk.

Incident Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Evaluate postmortem, Incident Root Cause Review, and Problem Investigation action items.
• Track action items across Jira and problem management tooling.
• Prepare accurate reports and dashboards on status and remediation efficacy.
• Partner with Problem Coordinators and engineering teams to validate action item closure.
• Identify themes across incident and problem data to recommend improvements.
• Support automation and AI-enabled tooling adoption.
• Contribute to data quality reviews and reporting standards.

Incident Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in technology operations or incident/problem management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solid technology aptitude and understanding of IT operations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Jira and ITSM tooling.
• Familiarity with AI agentics and automation.

Incident Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with PowerPoint and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• ITIL Foundations certification or equivalent process knowledge.

Incident Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position.

Southlake, Texas, United States. This is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
