Inclusive AI Advocacy, Privacy & Governance Specialist:
On behalf of our Transportation client, Procom is searching for an Inclusive AI Advocacy, Privacy & Governance Specialist for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Inclusive AI Advocacy, Privacy & Governance Specialist - Job Description:
The Inclusive AI Advocacy, Privacy & Governance Specialist will ensure AI solutions are deployed responsibly, ethically, and inclusively across transportation operations. The role involves leading AI risk assessments, privacy and ethical impact reviews, and advocating for fairness and transparency in AI systems used in safety-critical environments.

Inclusive AI Advocacy, Privacy & Governance Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Lead AI risk assessments, ethical impact assessments, and privacy impact assessments (PIAs).
• Assess AI systems for bias, fairness, exclusion, accessibility, privacy, safety, and security risks.
• Support AI governance forums, approvals, and compliance activities.
• Advocate for inclusive design across passenger-facing technologies.
• Partner with Operations, OT, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Data Governance teams.
• Deliver responsible AI education and governance training.

Inclusive AI Advocacy, Privacy & Governance Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Public Policy, Ethics, Law, or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in Responsible AI, AI Ethics, Privacy, or Risk Management roles.
• 3+ years conducting AI risk assessments and ethical impact assessments.
• Experience evaluating AI systems for bias and fairness.
• Working knowledge of AI applications in transportation or safety-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Inclusive AI Advocacy, Privacy & Governance Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Master’s degree in AI, Responsible/Applied AI, Data Science, Public Policy, Privacy Law, Information Law, or Ethics.
• 5+ years implementing Responsible AI or AI Governance programs.
• Active participation in AI Ethics, Privacy, or Governance organizations.
• Certifications such as CIPP/C, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, AIGP, ISO/IEC 4.

Inclusive AI Advocacy, Privacy & Governance Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.

ASAP.

Inclusive AI Advocacy, Privacy & Governance Specialist - Assignment Location:
Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office.
