Innovation Analyst:
On behalf of our Enterprise client, Procom is searching for an Innovation Analyst for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Innovation Analyst - Job Description:
We are seeking an Innovation Analyst to drive practical improvements in our business processes. This role involves analyzing workflows, prototyping technology solutions, and advancing ideas into sustainable delivery, focusing on measurable outcomes.

Innovation Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Work directly with end users and business professionals to understand workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define and prioritize innovation use cases and recommend solutions.
• Design experiments and prototypes using approved technologies.
• Partner with practice groups to improve workflows and develop reusable approaches.
• Evaluate technology and vendors against defined needs.
• Apply requirements for security, privacy, and responsible AI.
• Transition validated opportunities into delivery and produce clear deliverables.

Innovation Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in a law firm or legal technology environment, or professional services
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and legal work products.
• Ability to analyze and document complex workflows.
• Experience in technology, process improvement, or business analysis.
• Sound judgment in handling sensitive information and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong work ethic motivated by innovation.

Innovation Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to generative AI and legal technology.
• Familiarity with knowledge platforms and document management systems.
• Experience with workflow automation and prototyping.
• Knowledge of agile delivery and project-intake practices.
• Experience working in Knowledge Management departments in law firms.

Innovation Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a permanent position.
