Intake Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Intake Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is remote, but candidates located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, are preferred.

Intake Analyst - Job Description:
The Intake Analyst will play a critical role in managing project and work request intakes within the Capital Markets division. This role involves coordinating and managing various non-technical tasks, including scheduling meetings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective communication between technical teams and clients.

Intake Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Manage project/work request intakes by scheduling introduction meetings and reaching out to technical teams if non-responsive
• Troubleshoot ticket issues with customers and technicians
• Coordinate quarterly DR testing, ensuring applications have testing coverage and acting as an information hub during DR test events
• Keep documentation and processes up to date
• Monitor and update procurement requests, assisting in management and facilitating changes
• Assist and execute continuous improvement efforts

Intake Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a coordination/facilitation role such as BA, junior PM, or project coordinator
• Exposure to DR testing, either through facilitation or participation
• Strong communication skills and organization
• Basic scheduling and planning abilities
• Ability to follow through with tasks and responsibilities

Intake Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to technical resources
• Financial industry background
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow
• Ability to assess intake quality
• Familiarity with procurement processes

Intake Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension or a full-time flip if a good fit.

Remote, with a preference for candidates in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
