Intake Triage Manager:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Intake Triage Manager for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Intake Triage Manager - Job Description:
The Intake Triage Manager will manage the day-to-day intake and triage of new requests within Commercial Banking. This role involves ensuring submissions are complete and aligned with standards while supporting prioritization and governance forums.

Intake Triage Manager - Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day intake and triage of new requests
• Review submissions for completeness, clarity, and alignment to intake standards
• Facilitate triage discussions to assess business value, urgency, dependencies, and complexity
• Partner with business, product, and delivery teams to clarify requests
• Support development of high-level scope and problem statements
• Maintain the intake pipeline and triage logs
• Follow established intake frameworks, templates, and governance processes

Intake Triage Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 4–7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or intake/demand management
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders and governance or prioritization forums
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Strong coordination and facilitation skills
• Ability to structure ambiguous requests into clear inputs
• Effective stakeholder communication
• Attention to detail and process discipline

Intake Triage Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
• Exposure to waterfall and agile delivery environments
• PMP, CAPM, or BA certification
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence
• Experience with PowerApps/intake systems

Intake Triage Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.
