Integration Support Analyst:
On behalf of our Information Technology client, Procom is searching for an Integration Support Analyst for a 5-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Integration Support Analyst - Job Description:
The Integration Support Analyst will be involved in designing, developing, and implementing solutions for IT needs through applications and systems architecture. The role includes modifying existing designs and delivering IT changes within the business.

Integration Support Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Designing, developing, and implementing IT solutions through applications and network systems
• Reviewing IT requirements and business processes
• Coding, testing, debugging, and implementing software solutions
• Providing application software development services
• Analyzing requirements, maintaining, testing, and integrating application components
• Solving problems in straightforward situations
• Making decisions within guidelines and policies

Integration Support Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in the field or related area
• Experience with Bruno, Postman, JSON, and XML
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to make decisions within guidelines
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize work
• Teamwork and collaboration

Integration Support Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience as a project manager
• Knowledge of client’s services/products
• Experience in customer service enhancement
• Talent development and guidance experience
• Adaptability in working style

Integration Support Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 5-month contract position.
